Jay Chandler is the Founder and Principal Consultant of CPM Business Solutions LLC, bringing over 25 years of experience across both government and industry environments supporting acquisition and mission support operations.
He specializes in acquisition and contract management, resource management, and government property accountability, with experience supporting organizations such as the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) owner, he leads teams delivering compliant, mission-focused solutions aligned with FAR/DFARS requirements. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University with a concentration in Acquisition and Contract Management and is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).

Twice in Inc 500's fastest growing companies, one for Defense and one for Energy, both for SDVOSBs. Active SECRET security clearance. University of Southern California graduate. Training in Navy and Army standard procurement systems. Prior Contracting Officer's Representative. Also, he visited the monkeys in the Amazon jungle of Peru.
